In an expungement proceeding, we will work to permanently remove any information or record of your prior criminal arrest or conviction. Because of our experience, we can quickly assess whether you will qualify for expunction, based on the date, location and nature of your conviction.
Sealing Your Criminal Records
In a proceeding to seal your criminal record, while a successful effort will not prevent a law enforcement officer, professional licensing agency, or school from learning of your prior conviction, we can prevent potential employers or landlords from disqualifying you because they have seen evidence of a prior criminal conviction.
